Give us a call at 281-247-0240 or email us at support@clothandcord.com within 30 days of receipt

Print Label

If your order meets our return criteria, we’ll email a return label for your item, (original packaging needed) print and place the label on your item.

Send

Drop off your item at the post office, hand it to your postman or schedule a free item pick up.

Refund / Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Return options:

  • Refund

    We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. Once your return is received within 14 days from the delivery date and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange

    Love it, but it clashes with your outfit? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original order date along with the item in the same condition received.

  • Store Credit Plus Free Shipping

    Love our store, but not quite the item you received? If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a Cloth & Cord store credit for the amount of your return plus FREE return shipping (US only). ***Store credit can only be used at ClothandCord.com

Non-refundable items:

  • Worn/damaged items by customer.
  • Free gifts and promotional items.
  • Customized orders.
  • Shipping charges.

Cancellations:

  • There is a 24-hour window after the order has been placed to cancel the order, however, if the item has already shipped then it is too late to cancel.

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a Cloth & Cord store credit for the value of the return.

Defective items:

  • All of our items go through a quality check before being shipped but if your item happens to make it pass our quality assurance team, we’re happy to repair, exchange or refund your item.
