If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 20 days of the delivery date and we are happy to give a full refund minus shipping fees. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but in most cases this is not a problem since most of our items ship FREE! You also have the option to exchange or get store credit. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees.
***CUSTOM ORDERS….If you wish to cancel your custom order this must be done within a 24 hour period, after this time your order will have been started to be made and therefore cannot be cancelled.
