Print Label

If your order meets our return criteria, we’ll email a return label for your item, (original packaging needed) print and place the label on your item.

Send

Drop off your item at the post office, hand it to your postman or schedule a free item pick up.

Refund / Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If more than 14 days, store credit and exchange options are available.
