This Blue and Brown Beaded Hoop Earring was hand-crafted by our Artisans using recycled cow bone to create this amazing, tropical feel earring. Each bead is individually carved and polished, and is truly one of a kind.

This large carved watermelon brown bone bead is from Kenya. This African earring is very distinct making it a very detailed piece. It consist of ocean blue Ashanti glass saucer beads that are unique to Africa. The Pulverized glass is poured into a clay mold, using a cassava stem for the bead’s hole. The mold is placed in a furnace and heated until the glass particles congeal without actually melting and the stem burns out. The ocean blue Ashanti glass saucer bead is a Ghanaian piece. The Ethiopian white metal bicone beads within this earring are bold and versatile. You can see the high quality of the workmanship, smooth finish, and rustic character of the Ethiopian white metal bicone beads.

These earrings are exactly as pictured. The colors are vibrant and I have a green pair as well. Everything comes beautifully packaged with “FRAGILE” on the box. Shipping is very expedient as well.
