Pros: Very well constructed and priced right. I bought three of them. Cons: The mask is a little small and won’t cover the chin in a medium to large face. The cord is too short and the masks would benefit greatly by having a bendable piece of metal at the bridge of the nose for less air leakage (I glued pieces to mine).

Your online mail order service was excellent but I am disappointed in the mask. From chin to nose it is too short. It just does not fit properly; if I pull it up high enough the bottom part is above my chin. I ordered it because I need a mask with ties behind my head, not over my ears.
