All items are nicely packaged and we are happy to ship straight to the giftee with or without a receipt and add a note on your behalf, just leave the info in the note/comment box @ checkout.
If you wish to cancel your order this must be done within a 24 hour period for custom orders, after this time your order will have been started to be made and therefore cannot be cancelled.
If you're in a rush try one of our items under the "1 Day to Ship" tab. Otherwise all other items take 3-7 days to ship, then 2-4 days for delivery.
If your order is needed by a specific time and you have any concerns, please message us through the contact form or chat box before purchasing the item to ensure the time to ship + the delivery time will reach the final destination in your expected time frame.
*All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Please make sure you have the correct address for your shipping address.
If any package is returned to the seller due to an invalid/undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the second shipping payment.
